Pricing conditions:
The prices in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the legislation. Insurance, fuel, driver service are included in our prices. Tolls, parking, hours of additional mileage or expectations not included in the estimate will be charged additionally (except for the transfer service).
Price quotations established and sent by GRAFF are valid only on the day when they are provided and are subject to change thereafter.
The prices of our services indicated on our website are subject to change, except when a quotation has been previously established.
Baggage is accepted within the limit of 30 kg per passenger and remains the responsibility of the client. The baggage is accepted if it does not present any risk of damage to the vehicle or the driver. Waiting period included in the price: 50 minutes from the time of arrival of the plane, 20 minutes from the time of train arrival, 15 minutes in case of a city transfer.
Upon the expiration of the waiting period mentioned above, the client will be charged for extra time, minimum 1 hour depending on the vehicle class.
Booking and Payment conditions:
Pre-booking is required (via e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, or by phone). The booking is effective only when confirmed in writing by GRAFF.
Payments must be made within a period of no more than 3 days from the date of invoice.
Cancellation conditions:
The company has the right to unilaterally cancel services due to force majeure (demonstrations, strikes, floods) and unforeseen events that affect the execution of the services. If the services which are being cancelled have been already paid, GRAFF will refund the total amount within 5 working days.
Standard rates services are not refunded in case of cancellation by the Client less than 48 hours before the start of the service. Special rates services (package) are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. VIP suite services are not refunded in case of the cancellation less than 72 hours before the service start.
Standard rate services are refunded in case of the cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the service (except payment system commission).
Sanctions late payment:
Pursuant to the provisions of articles L.441-3 and L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, any violation by the Customer of all or part of its payment obligations or delays will result in the applicability of the right a penalty of an annual amount equal to three times the legal interest rate in force on the expiration date, without the need for a formal notice. The buyer expressly undertakes the above provisions by way of derogation from article 1153 of the civil code.
